ERP Solutions Developer

The ERP Solutions Developer complete defined work streams within the scope of their roles and contribute to technical set-up and execution for specific project areas such as estimating, planning and deliverables. The ERP Solutions Developer will need to create technical specifications based on functional requirements, establish test plans describing the test environment and expected results, and perform advanced support and troubleshooting in test and production environments. All ERP Solutions Developers participate in knowledge transfer to clients and are expected to develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships.

Technical Capability

• Architects, conceptualizes, constructs, tests and implements integrated network, hardware and software solutions, distributed computing solutions, and/or physical and logical communications networks for the customer and Mionos
• Architects client/server solutions and environments
• Creates infrastructure and network designs
• Actively seeks to broaden knowledge on emerging tools, techniques and technologies

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of application development experience in a consulting environment, developing, customizing and implementing packaged software solutions
• 2+ years of development experience with .NET, VB .NET, C# or X++
• Relevant experience with the following ERP platforms: Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or SAP Business One
• Internet development experience using one or more of the following: XML, Web Services, JavaScript, Active Server Pages, IIS
• Application integration solutions utilizing message oriented architectures, SOA, and/or Microsoft BizTalk Server
• Experience in developing and designing across multiple enterprise platforms
• Working knowledge of one or more project management methodologies
• Demonstrated success working in a team-based environment
• Customer Service oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel to the client site as needed
• BS degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience required
